Delivered the platform to MVP stage. The initiative concluded following a founder’s strategic decision to pivot; it is presented as architecture and MVP experience, not as a scaled commercial deployment.

How I delivered it · role & technical detail
Architected a platform with Google Gemini / ADK, 17+ microservices, domain workers, and three tiers of multi-tenancy. Designed conversational onboarding and built a four-person engineering team.
